Comments: According to official documents Emilio Jacobson AKA Jacobson, Mickey pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division On 12/05/2001 to one count of Unlawful Imprisonment, one count of Rape of a Child in the First Degree and one count of Second Degree Assault. He was sentenced to 30 days for count one, 187 weeks for count two and 187 weeks for count three. His sentence was served with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Jacobson sexually assaulting the known five year old female victim. Jacobson lured the victim into the backyard of an abandoned house to assist him in finding something. During the incident Jacobson also choked the victim to the point of being unconscious.
