| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Conway pled guilty to the Crime of Child Molestation in the 2nd degree and was given a term of 20 months in prison by Whatcom Superior Court on 9-20-2010. Conway sexually assaulted three (3) minor females between the ages of 5 and 11. The victims were attending a Daycare that was run by Conway and his Wife. While the children were at the daycare Conway, sexually assaulted them. Conway did not attend treatment in prison as he did not have enough time to finish the program. He is on active supervision with the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections for a period of 36 months. 360-658-2150 Shall enter and successfully complete a sex offender treatment program. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not possess or peruse porngraphic materials. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control, any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess or consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescrpition. Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. |
