| Comments: | Ray Charles FERGUSON was convicted of Lewdness With A Child Under 14, in Washoe County, Nevada. He lured a minor male into his motel room by offering him money. Additionally, Ferguson was convicted of Statutory Rape 1st Degree in 1983, in Nevada. He received sex offender treatment while in a juvenile institution between 1984 and 1986. Ferguson came to Seattle in 1991 after serving a short sentence on an interstate compact agreement with Washington State Department of Corrections. He failed a polygraph when asked if he molested any children other than he reported. He was adamant that he had not re-offended since his conviction, but had not disclosed all of his victims. He admitted to molesting boys since he was a child. Ferguson was not deemed acceptable for supervision in Washington State, because of numerous violations, and was returned to Nevada. He has since returned after completing his supervision in Nevada. Ferguson is NOT under the supervision of the Washington State Department of Corrections. He has registered as a sex offender as required by law. |
