| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Low pled guilty to the crimes of Robbery in the 1st degree with a deadly weapon and Assault 2nd with sexual motivation and was given a term of 72 months in prison on October 31, 2001. The victim in his sex crime was a 13 year old female. This 13 year old victim had gone to a park with Low and several friends. While at the park, Low robbed a male while armed with a knife. After the robbery, the victim was required to leave with Low and his accomplice. The victim was taken to an abandoned house and was raped. The victim was then taken home. While in prison Low completed the sex offender treatment program. Low will be on active supervision for 36 to 48 months with the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections. 425-290-3200. Do not date women or form relationships with families who have minor children, as directed by CCO. Do not frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate, as defined by CCO. Do not initiate or prolong contact with minor children without the presence of an adult who is knowledgeable of the offense and has been approved by CCO. Do not possess or access pornographic materials, as directed by CCO. Do not possess or carry on your person a folding knife. Do not possess or consume alcohol and do not frequent establishments where alcohol is the chidf commodity for sale. Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night. Do not seek employment or volunteer positions which place you in contact with or control over minor children. No contact direct or indirect contact with any of the victims. Participate in offense related counseling programs, to include DOC sponsored offender groups, as directed by CCO. Participate in substance abuse treatment as directed by CCO. Participate in various physical exams as directed by CCO. Pay the costs of crime-related counseling and medical treatment required by victims. Your residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved by CCO. |
