| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Law pled in guilty to one count of Rape of a Child First Degree on 9-30-1992 and was given a term of 30-to 40 weeks in a Juvenile Insitution. Law at age 13 sexually assaulted a known 10 year old boy. Law was babysitting the 10 year old during the time of the sexual assault. While incarcerated, Lee sexually allsaulted another 10 year old boy for a period of one week. Law was convicted of Rape of a Child in the 1st Degree and was given a term of 80-100 weeks. Lee was paroled in March of 1995. Since that time he has been convicted of Failure to register three times. He just completed a term of 43 months for his Failure to Register and is on active supervision with the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections. 425-290-3200. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with the victim or family members. Shall not access the internet or email by electronic devices. Shall not enter Bars, Taverns or Lounges. Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not possess paraphernalia that can be used for ingestion or processing of controlled substances. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall include the following items: Throwing Stars, Nunchucks, Swords, Knives, Box Cutters, Brass Knuckles, Pepper Spray, Ball/Chain Combinations, Tazer/Stun Gun, and conceled/disguised weapons. May not poaaeaa any item that resembles a firearm. Shall not use, possess, consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. Shall submit to polygraph examination as required. Shall submit to polygraph testing as required. |
